A young girl, Samantha Michaels, Sami to her friends, had to learn to adapt to a new life in a new town after moving away from a coastal town. She discovered new friends and not so-called friends. An abandoned house across the field from where she lived kept catching her attention and she began to see strange things happening from one of the windows. Then one dark and stormy night on Halloween she decided to have a slumber party and invited a few friends over and a couple of not-so-invited. Sami's life was turned up side down when she took a dare to enter an abandoned house.
